Agreement
By creating an account or using Clariflow at clariflow.net, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Clariflow is offered by JDBuilds. Contact: support@clariflow.net.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Clariflow. By using the app you confirm you meet that requirement.
The service
Clariflow is a personal prioritization tool: capture, scoring, Today and Calendar, Reset tools, Affirmations, and Chloe (AI coaching). Features may change, pause, or end as we improve the product. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Your account & content
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the content you enter (tasks, notes, images, chat). Do not use Clariflow for anything illegal, harmful, or that violates others’ rights. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or put the system at risk.
Chloe (AI)
Chloe can read relevant context from your account and send messages to our AI provider to reply and act with tools. AI output can be wrong or incomplete — you remain responsible for decisions you make and for reviewing changes Chloe proposes. Do not put secrets in chat that you would not trust a cloud AI service to process.
Disclaimer
Clariflow is productivity software, not medical, mental-health, or legal advice. The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may also be noted in the app or by email when practical.
